I came to the United States as an international student from China. I navigated the visa process, built a career, and became a U.S. attorney. That firsthand experience — the anxiety, the confusion, and the relief — is why I founded Yingzhong Law Offices in San Jose.

The firm's name, 赢众 (Yingzhong), means "winning for the people." I prepare every case as though my own future depends on it, because I remember when mine did. Today, with 10+ years focused exclusively on immigration law, I serve professionals and investors worldwide across EB-1A, NIW, EB-5, and H-1B pathways.
